Firstly thank you for your patience and understanding with Dilys in what was an incredibly difficult time for

her and us. Dilly was unable to attend school for nearly two years due to crippling anxiety developed

during lockdown. I'm so glad that you were there to walk and nurture Dilys through this process which I

now see is a longer road. Over the last year it has been a great comfort to have you on our side and

fighting Dilys’ corner. You enabled her to engage in English which had always been a difficult subject for

her. You made lessons fun and when things were difficult you gave her space. Thanks for your experience

and patience.
